And that is where our Administration Services solution will comes in real handy. Thanks to it, your virtual server will be included in our own custom–built server managing software system, which will keep track of all the key tasks. And in the event of a service trouble, our server admins will be notified straight away and they will resolve the trouble as soon as possible.

Weekly Backups

If you run a traffic–intensive site or a data–heavy web application, it’s imperative to have a complete backup of everything. Still, configuring an automatic backup solution is quite challenging. That is why our company offers you our Administration Services package – we pledge to keep a complete backup copy of your VPS service, not only of your websites and hosted content, but also all the custom settings that you have created. Our backup scripts run each and every week, saving all the customizations that you’ve made during that period of time.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a Linux Virtual Private Server, you will have complete freedom to install any script or service on your server. Still, some scripts are more difficult to run and may require some additional configuration on your part. That is where our Administration Services deal can come in real handy. It includes thirty minutes of installation & trouble–shooting duties – which means you can basically employ one of our skilled server administrators for 30 minutes and have him assist you with the installation process of any software application whatsoever that you need. Alternatively have him solve an issue that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Administration Services deal comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and is an extra feature with the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
